AGIS - single chart of accounts

Hi, we have a set up with 23 CoA's (accounting flexfields) in 11i. In R12 we would like to utilize the functionality around AGIS (Advanced Global Intercompany) but cannot find out if this will require that we move to one CoA (one accounting flexfield structure). Or could we continue with our current set up? Kind Regards, Susanne
