Wage Attachments on Wrong Employee

Has anyone ever had a wage attachment pull onto the wrong employees pay stub, no money is being deducted just a 0 for current and then the year to date for the wage attachment. Even stranger is that it is going into the wage attachment ledger and updating all of the history on that wage attachment to be for the incorrect AB# of the Ee who it attached on the pay stub. The history in all other tables does not show the wage attachment at all, no record or reference it is only in the Pay Stub History and in
