Programming Help for noobe

I am new to BI Publisher and am scheduled for a class end of march. I have an immediate need to get my forms to recognize a carriage return when they print, (I am using BI publisher 11.1.1.5 in a primavera contract manager ver 14 environment) . Are there any providers of support i can pay to get through a couple of forms?
