Quarter Interval type PE for Individual trx processing

Hi OIC gurus,
I am just facing with an following issue on the project see the description:

Is there a possible to make the OIC calculate individual transactions at the end of the Quarter?
I have setup Plan Element with:
- Interval type = Quarter
- Trx processing = Individual
- No Accumulation

and I expect the transaction with date eg. 31/OCT/2011 will be calculated at the end of the Quarter and not in October.

Is there any possibility?
