VLAN Tagging For Oracle VM

Hi All,

I am currently trialling Oracle Virtual Server in our R&D environment and had a few hiccups but that's mainly due to our limited functionality within R&D.

I have an Oracle VM Management server on our live LAN, which manages a Oracle VM Server with connectivity to our LAN and that all works fine.

However, there is also a seperate network card with a couple of ports that are patched into our R&D network environment, but the ports on the R&D switch have VLAN tagging enabled. Now I'm slightly confused as to how to setup this VLAN tagging for Oracle VM so it can use the network - do I have to manually tag the interfaces within the operating Oracle Linux and then do networking configuration as normal within Oracle VM? Or can everything be done within the management console? If so, I'm wondering which steps I need to take?

Howdy, Stranger!
