FSG Report not available in Timeframe LOV for period JUN-11

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question

When attempting to retrieve an FSG report run for June 2011, JUN-11 is not displayed in the Timeframe dropdown.  Is there an issue in the Report Repository with running a report more than once?  A message displays that the report and timeframe will be overwritten, but it's not clear if this is occurring since the report is not viewable.

"Warning: The report and timeframe selected already exists in the selected Publishing Location.  Do you wish to overwrite?"

Responsibility: GL Budget User 

Navigation: Financial Reports Submission > run a report for period JUN-11

Storage location: Reports Repository > username > Folder is the report name > individual reports display by period MON-YY
