using a single portal for eSupplier and Strategic Sourcing?

Is it possible to merge the eSupplier portal and Strategic Sourcing portal into a single vendor portal? Also, can you provide the delivered roles for both applications to a single usernames to avoid vendors requiring two usernames and passwords? We are on application version 8.8 and tools version 8.46.05.
