Long Term Budget

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC)
Hi,

I need to control a budget that is long term, for example a 7 years budget, I need to enter it because I need to control budget changes, budget transfers and other features.

I can´t enter that budget in GL, do you know which is the exact tool that has that feature? EPB? Hyperion?
