Does anyone know the Roadmap for Oracle Learning Management?

Hi,

We need to upgrade our LMS servers, however; before we assign resources to the project we would like to
know the future of LMS?

Are there any indications that LMS will be replaced? Is the future of LMS documented somewhere? Is LMS is part of Fusion?

I did notice the LMS updates in Note 1302189.1.
