Change year end from December 31 to March 31

 All, 

We have got a request to change our calendar year from Jan -Dec to April to May to match with our Parent Company's Calendar. We are currently on 12.1.3. 

 

I would like to know how long will it take to do this ? Would it be a reimplementation of Oracle?. We have periods which are future enterable.

 

Any pointers to this is highly appreciated
