absences that cross pay periods
We are on 12.1.3 ebiz HCM/payroll/oab and recently imlemented Absence Management. We are experiencing an issue with it. Hopefully someone may have come across this issue nd has a solution for it.
Whe employee submits absence that crossed multiple pay periods. The element entry is getting created in the period where the absence start date falls. The system is creating this ee for the entire duration of the absence in pnl;y 1 pay period. The employee is either getting paid / deducted for the entire absence duration in the first pay period where the absence start date falls. This is causing a big issue for us. The same issue is happening for the Retropay Enhanced process also.
