oracle backups using NetAPP snapshot technology

Hello all,

Currently doing a RMAN TSM incremntal backup everyday using tape and complete DB backup on sunday using RMAN TSM incremental backup. Database,ASM, Cluster-ware are in 10.2.0.5. I am considering netapp snapshot backups for Oracle RAC to reduce the Oracle overhead. Have anyone used it on a critical production database? What are your thoughts? Have you seen any issues with it? Thanks in advance -Vinay
