Fulfillment Workbench: how do users handle items that show up to be reserved but no available quanti
Our warehouse personnel use the fulfillment workbench throughout the day to manage their orders/items to be reserved/picked. There seems to be no quick way for them to identify which items have no available quantity so they continue to reserve these backordered items. I was looking for a method to eliminate these items (no available quantity onhand) from showing up on the workbench until quatity is received in and they can now be reserved/picked. I am interested to see if any other organization has this problem and if they have somehow resolved?
