Non english FSG Templates in Report manager

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
I have converted the english template to spanish in 11i report manager and have run into a issue where the formating disappears when report is riun in spanish but reappears when report is run in english. Has anyone run into this issue and if so what was the solution.
