Service Request : open SR form by use of an URL

Hi,

 

I’m wondering if it is possible in Oracle e Business Suite 11.5.10 to open a Service request form  by use of  an URL 

 

Today we are using notification in other processes  but user have to open first the notification (received by mail)  and then secondly to open the form. This is time consuming.

 

Would it be possible to get the Service request Form  form by clicking on one URL.
