Unbalanced ADI uploads - phantom data?

Hi everyone,

We've been experiencing an issue lately with our ADI uploads. Historically users have been able to "reuse" old ADI spreadsheets, clear out the old data, input new, and successfully upload.

Now however, the load will kick out with an unbalanced message and it appears this is due to some sort of phantom data in the spreadsheet. Other times, the load process is ignoring the last line of the spreadsheet.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how are you resolving the issue, short of creating a new spreadsheet for each load? When I suggested that I nearly had a revolt on my hands!
