Unable to view Prepayments in APXINWKB (Invoice Workbench)

Hi,

Here is what I am dealing with:

1.  I have a prepayments in the amount of $1000 - no issues there.

2.  The prepayment above is not paid - will be paid in a day or so

3.  Have an invoice from vendor for 1230

4.  when I enter the invoice for 1230, I want to have the prepayment application of $1000.

5.  In the actions button --> Prepayments - nothing shows up

Have someone encountered similar situation and I will appreciate any information on this.
