Projects Budgetary Control with Tolerance

Hi,

I need to setup budgetary control only for projects, we are not going to use the integration with General Ledger.

Is it possible to have tolerances? I know there are tolerances for budget control in GL but I don´t know if it is possible to have tolerances in budgetary control for projects only.
