How do we change Sales Price without affecting List Price

We need to change sale price when entering a sales order and keep the list price as the list price.

Currently. when we change the sales price on an order, the list price is changed to the new sale price.

Incentive Compensation needs both the sale price and the list price to calculate the margin.

How do we change Sales Price without affecting List Price
