Trying to Install a new 11.2 ORACLE_HOME on existing Server w/ 10.2.02 and 11.1.0.7 HOMES

 Trying to install on AIX 64 Bit, have attempted the .runInstaller as both root and orauser per DB install Guide w/o success.  Is there some permission or other issue to verify?
