What is different product/family for patch database

Hello Oracle Master

I have question for product patch

I found patch Patch:6991626 for database

Known Issues specific to the 11.1.0.6 Base Release

After open this patch i found 4 patch for linux 64 that divide 2 product family. the first is "RDBMS server" the second is "Oracle Database family".

For "RDBMS server" is divide into 2 patch   and for "Oracle Database family" is divide into 2 patch. My question here is

1. What is the different "RDBMS server"  and  "Oracle Database family"
2. WHy RDBMS server divide into 2 patch and Oracle Database family divide into 2 patch ?

Please help me to understand it
