Inter Currency Payments

Hi ,
We have a requirement to make Inter Currency Payments , ie i create an Invoice in PKR and make Paymennt form the AED Bank in USD .The AED Bank is Multi Currency Allowed.
But i cannot change the Currency while making payments other than the Invoice currency.
We are using version R12 :: 12.1.3
