Hello,
We have a problem with IB in terms of change of ownership in the transaction.
Used functionality: CMRO, Inventory, IB, OM.
Our business involves the provision of after sales service to helicopter fleet.
We have a new business process, which consists of the following: the owner of the helicopter concludes a contract with us for after sales service, but we do not track its configuration in the system, we need to receipt its item to our inventory organization, then ship this item to the factory for repair. After repairs return item and through our inventory organization. The problem is
