Regarding VAT Tax Calculation

Hello,


        While calculating the VAT Tax for an AR Transaction how system will recognize that whether system has to calculate Amount Inclusive or Amount Exclusive VAT Tax because AR Transaction is coming from Sales Order through Auto Invoicing Processing. Please give assist me to understand this aspect.
