how to fix (reconcile) the variance of F4111 & F0911 after R41543 run

hi,

- there are many variances in output file of R41543 , as we know , it might be the variance of F4111.paid and F0911.aa
- Do we need to fixed all variances ?
- how to fixed it ?  fixed f4111 or f0911 ?
