Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. For IR-ISO, User not abel to select the ship to address while doing ISO.

For one organization system shows two address, at the time of sales order, when user try to select different ship to

address system shows below error message and not allowed user to select different address.

"You are not allowed to update ship to because this is an internal order"

How to resolve this.
