Getting ODI-1240 on TMP_LOAD_USERS. Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Year out of range

getting ODI-1240: Flow LoadTmpUsers fails while performing a Loading operation. This flow loads target table TMP_LOAD_USERS. Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Year out of range.
 Does any one have any idea on what dates to check ?
