10g RAC with JDE application's BC

Hi,
Please can someone provide me  reference for the following

1: 10g R2/11g R2 RAC Load balance and failover check map with JDE EDwards (application release 811sp1 and above and tools :896x and above)

2. How JDE application tackle the RAC node crash situation for active transaction(Select and DML)

As currently we are facing rac failed over issues for action sessions which are not routing to the other node.

and application does not maintain data integrity.

please advise me  how can we avoid such incident.
