Capital Budgeting Tool

Hi,

Our company wants a capital budgeting tool where they can make a decision on whether they should go ahead with a capital expenditure based on the amount, cost of capital and the stream of payments and receipts and payments on a periodic basis, tax rate. Based on the NPV (Net Present Value), if it is positive they go ahead with the project. Please let us know if lease and finance management is the best fit module in Oracle for this or there are other modules which give this functionality.
