Open Flat File function runs ok locally but doesn't run on server

Hello,
I run a UBE in what I create a CSV file. To do this, I use the "Open Flat File". As a parameter, I send "\ \ server \ repertory123 \ file.csv". When I run the UBE locally-it works very well, the file is created and filled. If I try to run the UBE on the server, it does not create the file and returns "1" in the ErrorCode function ... I do not know what's wrong ... anyone have an idea ?
