R42950 Price Update in Sales Orders is updating Quantities after ship/confirm

We recently converted from JDE World to EnterpriseOne.  We are using the R42950 Price Update program in scheduler to update pricing in our sales orders.  We have seen some strange, random results.  So far we have seen it update Quantity Ordered (UORG) and Shipped quantity (SOQS) after ship/confirm to a quantity that was in the order prior to ship/confirm.  We have also seen it change the next status code (SDNXTR) for an existing line when there doesn't appear to be any processing option to manage this.  Has anyone else experienced this?
