Vision database

Hello,Where would I be able to download the Vision database? ( We want to set up an R12 instance for our functional users.  We are just starting our project to upgrade to R12.)  I also found this link which says it has a Vision instance that can be used when you provide a CSI number (which we have):  http://www.solutionbeacon.com/tool_vision.htm.
What do you suggest?
