User Management Configure Concurrent Request Sharing

Can you provide the literal steps to resolve the following:

1) Configure to be able to view any concurrent request through a responsibility that are within the same application, but not the output? ( Ie to be able to see if the job has been executed/completed sucessfully)

2) Configure to be able to view only request output (view only) using responsibilities within the same application?

Currently I have configured responsibilities to be able to share concurrent requests per individual responsibility.   Need to extend the view capabilities

Thank you, any help is appreciated.  I have found oracle docs that mention this but do not show literal 'how to'
