Removing row order details for FSG report and avoid Page Breaks in Report

I defined a row order and associated it with a row set while running it. Now when I subsequently run this report w/o associating any row order. Its is constantly showing me the account values.
I do not see any other place to disassociate the row order. I have made the width in row order as 0 still I see the account and sub acct getting populated.

regarding Page breaks- Is there any way to avoid page breaks completely.
