Multi-pick lists

How do you report on multi-pick lists?  I have a report that I want to use a prompt for users to select values of the multi-pick to filter the report.  I know this field is in the Analytics side of the reports, but it lists out all of the values to add a column for each value... when we want 1 column(for the field) with multiple options to select.  How do I use this for creating a single prompt?
