Xe full package build failed for all BSFNs

Hi,

We are in the process of installing a complete setup Xe with tools release SP24.1.4. We have completed the Deployment server, Enterprise server and DB server. All are on windows 2008 server with with SQL Server 2008 as DB. We have installed Visual studio 2008 professional.

After kicking the full package build, all the BSFNs are all failing with the below error messege.

jdertdll.c

B8900900.c
