Upgrade E-bussiness Suite 11i to R12

Hi All,
please give me step by step note for upgrade 11i to R12

recently we are successfully upgrade our database 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.4 and now we will upgrade our 11i application to R12(12.1.1 version)..

So could you please give me note for the upgrade with what patches need to apply before upgrading and how to get the R12 S/W ...

when will install it...

please give me the suggestions ....
