Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are planning to upgrade to 12i(12.1.3) release from 11i(11.5.10.2) and have the following question on AR Customer document printings:

1- How do we print our customer invoices in release 12i?

2- How do we modify the AR12i Invoice print program to insert our Company logo and address and terms, etc on the AR invoice?

3- Is there any change to Dunning Leeter print programs in 12i?

4- How do we make necessary changes to our 12i Dunning Letters?

5- Is there any changes to AR 12i Statment print processing?

6- How do we make change to AR 12i Statement print program to insert our Company logo, etc..?
