Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Full package errors(XE installtion)

we have submitted a full package after xe installtion and got the below errors:

in client build:build completed with errors.Logs says:

ERROR: There were errors in building the business functions, check the work/buildlog.txt to find the business function(s) in error.

buildlog shows the below entries

CTRANS.dll - 1 error(s), 2 warning(s): Build forced to complete with errors.

CCORE.dll - 4 error(s), 2 warning(s): Build forced to complete with errors.

where as server logs says:

Status for BSFN dll object CAEC = WAITING.(this is same for several dlls and some dlls have processing status).
