Error While Creating Employees in Purchasing module

Hi all,
I am getting following error while creating employees through Purchasing Module.

Setup--> Personal--> employee

after giving values for Name it is generating employee no but it is not getting saved.

Frm-40735: on-insert trigger raised unhandled exception ora-29861
