Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to apply the receipts to the ionvoices by applying custom matching rules. How to apply the custom rules?

Can we use ARP_LOCKBOX_HOOK.CURSOR_FOR_CUSTOM_LLCA this procedure and how to add custom rule in this procedure?
