SR Search Results are Not looking at SR Mapping

In TeleService, we have mapped a Request type of “Test1” to a Test Responsibilities.  Our issue is that we can log in with a non Test Responsibility and then perform a search based solely on the criteria of Created On date.   Once we hit Search, it returns EVERY request that is out there regardless of Type.  And thus the mapping is not being used for SR search results?  Any suggestions out there?

 

We have our Security (Service System Parameters) set to Standard security, and we have selected the checkbox for “Enforce self service responsibility to request type mapping”.
