Auto Requisition for various subinventories

We are on 11.5.10.2 and currently create Req and PO manually. We have 3 subinventories and the user runs the Min Max report by subinventory with the following scenario:

- Subinventories are A,B,

- Min and Max quantity defined on item level 4 and 6

-Min and Max qty defined on subinventory level are: A: 4,6; B:2,4; C:1,2

- When the user runs the Min Max report for each sub inv and if the item shows on sub inv report for A and B or C then user orders for A only

- If the Item shows on B or C then it is ordered for both.

I am now in a process of auomate the Req creation from Min Max. How can I achieve the above scenario?
