Registration form not finalizing

Very new to OnDemand Marketing.  We have setup a microsite with topics/programs/offers to download a case study for example.  All of the pieces work properly, however, when submitting a registration form with appropriate information, only a blank page is displayed.  The ending page is "go/saveform.do" and is nothing but a blank page.  Is there something I am missing in setup that would cause this to happen? I have changed the webform, approved topics, launched programs etc and this is still the end result.  Any help at all about this would be great.  Thanks in advance.
