Basis Code 8 (Adv Pricing for Sales)

Has any body setup basis code 8 for sales.  I read the white paper but I am still confused.  When you create your custom NER how do you fetch your F4211 records so you can write your custom logic?  Also how to the pointers work for D4500210?  Thanks Jeff
