Late Charges Report

We are running the late charges process in our test environment, generation completes in around 30 mins, but then the report generation runs for 12+ hours, we have a customer base of 150K+. We are on 12.1.3.

Any customers facing this issue? If so what are your alternatives. Support suggested to run the report in chunks, but when the entire generation can be run in 30mins, how to split the report. We run the report for audit purpose and store it in the server for future reference.
