CAM - Capital Asset Management Bolt on Software (Product) which has good integration or even easy in

I wanted to start this discussion thread and wanted to hear from people who have had experiences of using a Capital asset management software (Non JDEdwards EnterpriseOne) in integration with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne for our maintenance team at the manufacturing plant. We are on JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 812 and currently use the capital asset management module in JDEdwards. We transitioned from Megamation (http://www.megamation.com/) and currently the users are not very happy with the look and feel of the applications.

For eg: A request is like we need to see an entire map of the facility of the manufacturing plant and can drill down to the details of the equipment on the map like as in a webpage. If anyone has any experiences with a highly interactive CMMS software and have seen some good integration with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne and can share some information. It will be very helpful for us.
