New user can't execute AR Discoverer reports

Hi,

We have a user who just transitioned into a new role in our AR department. She has the same responsibilities as other users in that area, and none of them are assigned any roles.

When she attempts to execute any AR report in viewer, she gets the following error: Oracle BI Discoverer was unable to find the worksheet that was requested

Other users have no issue opening these...what am I missing? Seems obvious there's some sort of permission that she needs granted, I just don't know what it is.
