End coverage for Child at age 26 - isn't automatically ending coverage

Hi,           

We have a requirement to end coverage at the end of the month for dependents who turn 26 years old. We have dependents who turned 26 in January but their coverage wasn't automatically ended.

Any suggesions on where to look or make changes?

We are on 11.5.10.2 and we use OAB.
