Apply oracle patch 12879912 , it showed us our Opatch version is too low

Our Opatch version is 10.2.0.4.3 but to apply this patch it needs Opatch 10.2.0.4.8. Can I only apply the patch to upgrade Opatch to 10.2.0.4.8? Where can I download it
